Operations Executive

**Location:** Noida **Experience:** 1+ Year **Qualification:** Graduate (Any Discipline) **Industry Preference:** FMCG / E-commerce / Quick Commerce **Role Overview** We are looking for an **Operations Executive** with experience in **Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) or E-commerce** operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating order fulfillment, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth operational execution with quick commerce platforms. **Key Responsibilities** - Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) received from Q-Commerce platforms. - Validate PO details, including SKUs, quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines. - Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams for timely order processing and dispatch. - Track shipments and ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Fill Rate (FR) targets are met. - Monitor pending orders, inventory availability, and replenishment requirements. - Prepare daily operational reports on scheduling, dispatches, deliveries, and pending shipments. - Coordinate with Quick Commerce platform teams to resolve operational issues. **Requirements** - Graduate with **1+ year of experience** in Quick Commerce or E-commerce operations. - Experience in PO management, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. - Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred:** Experience working with platforms such as **Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket Now**, or similar Q-Commerce businesses.
