**Job Title** : Executive - Doctor Network **Location** : Sector - 14, Gurugram **Experience** : 0 - 1 Year **Working Days:** 6 (Rotational Week-Off) **Qualifications:** Any Graduate or above (Healthcare background is preferred) **Position Overview:** HexaHealth is looking for a highly organized and proactive **Executive - Doctor Network** to manage doctor operations, recruitment, and support processes. This role involves ensuring seamless coordination with doctors, addressing their operational challenges, and enhancing patient care delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** ● **Doctor Coordination** : Plan schedules, align doctors for surgeries, and ensure timely hospital arrival. ● **Doctor Operations** : Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions. ● **Doctor Hiring** : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for doctors. ● **Doctor Counselling** : Train newly onboarded doctors on OPDs and patient interaction. ● **Doctor Payouts** : Ensure timely and accurate payout processing for doctors. ● **Communication Liaison** : Act as a bridge between the PCS and doctor teams, ensuring effective information exchange. **Skills we seek:** ○ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ○ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills ○ Ability to manage recruitment processes effectively ○ Professionalism, patience, and attention to detail ○ Basic proficiency in computer tools (emails, spreadsheets) **About HexaHealth:** At HexaHealth, we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
