Operations Executive

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - Handle First-mile (FM) & Last-mile (LM) operational tickets - Coordinate with internal Ops teams and courier partners for resolution - Respond to seller queries with timely updates and closures - Monitor ticket ageing and ensure SLA adherence - Maintain operational trackers and performance reports - Escalate critical cases proactively **Preferred Candidate Profile:** • Prior experience in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations • Good understanding of FM & LM operations • Experience in handling operational escalations/tickets • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Good working knowledge of Excel (lookup, pivot, reporting, trackers, etc.)
