Business Account Manager Onboarding About NoBrokerHood NoBrokerHood, a part of NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is India's leading community management platform, helping gated societies manage security, visitor management, maintenance, and resident services through a single app. Key Responsibilities - Manage the onboarding and implementation of assigned residential societies. - Build and maintain relationships with RWAs, MC members, and residents. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. - Resolve client queries and escalate issues when required. - Conduct onboarding meetings and ensure timely implementation. - Achieve assigned onboarding targets while delivering a great customer experience. Candidate Profile - Graduate in any discipline. - 0–5 years of experience (Freshers can apply). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in MS Office. - Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus. - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Comfortable working on weekends with a rotational week off.
