**Position:** Operations Expert Modular Kitchen & Furniture **Role Purpose:** Responsible for end-to-end execution of modular kitchen and furniture projects, ensuring accurate site measurements, technical feasibility checks, installation planning, contractor management, and timely project completion with high customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct site measurements and prepare detailed project execution plans. - Perform technical site assessments and validate drawings before execution. - Coordinate and supervise complete project installation activities. - Manage and monitor carpenters, plumbers, electricians, civil teams, tiling teams, and other contractors. - Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and installation guidelines. - Visit customer sites regularly to track project progress and resolve execution issues. - Coordinate with designers, sales teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth project delivery. - Monitor material availability and installation schedules. - Ensure timely completion of projects within agreed timelines. - Conduct final quality inspections and hand over completed projects to customers. - Handle customer escalations related to installation and execution. Desired Candidate Profile: - Experience in **Modular Kitchens, Custom Furniture, Interior Fit-outs, Wardrobes, or Home Interiors**. - Strong knowledge of site execution, measurements, installation, and project coordination. - Experience managing multiple contractors and installation teams. - Understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing, and tiling activities. - Ability to read technical drawings and resolve on-site execution challenges. - Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills. **Preferred Industries:** - Modular Kitchen - Home Interiors - Furniture Manufacturing - Interior Fit-out - Wardrobe & Storage Solutions - Kitchen Hardware **Experience:** **3–10 Years** in Interior Execution, Modular Kitchen Operations, Furniture Installation, or Site Supervision.
