If youre **excited about building the future of home interiors** and want to grow with one of the fastest-growing brands, this is your **opportunity to step in and make an impact with Livspace**. **Role:Operations Lead (Ops + Client Handling)** Own end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality and timelines.Act as the primary client contact, ensuring regular updates and a smooth experience.Drive stakeholder alignment and issue resolution to ensure successful project completion. **What You’ll Own** - Take complete ownership of project execution from start to finish. - Engage with clients and provide regular project updates (planned / ongoing / upcoming activities). - Coordinate with manpower agencies to ensure timely resource allocation. - Prepare and share Weekly Progress Reports (WPRs). - Lead and guide installation teams to execute work as per design plans. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution and customer experience. - Hire, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. - Ensure strict adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards. **Skills & Experience** - B.Tech in Civil / Architecture,B.Tech + MBA(Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred). - Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out (residential/corporate). - Strong understanding of project management fundamentals. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Word.
