**Job Title:** Operations Manager **(Collections Experience is mandatory)** **Company:** Kissht Finance **Location:** Nahur, Mumbai **Experience:** 4-8 Years **Salary:** Up to 7 LPA **Working Days:** 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off) **Work Mode:** Work From Office **Industry:** NBFC **About the Role:** We are looking for an **Operations Manager to lead collections operations** for an assigned region. This role involves managing recovery of overdue payments, driving field team performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day collection operations. **What You'll Do:** - Manage FOS team for the assigned region and ensure process compliance - Track overdue accounts and reduce delinquency across buckets - Review daily performance with City Managers and Team Leaders - Prepare and share MIS reports on collection targets and performance - Guide and train field collection teams across locations - Reassign field cases based on agent performance and workload - Support hiring of field staff along with HR - Handle payment-related issues and app-based case tracking **What We're Looking For:** - 4+ years of experience in collections, preferably in NBFC/lending - Strong understanding of collection process, bucket management, and roll-rate/delinquency control - Experience managing field and collection agency teams - Working knowledge of MIS reporting and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) - Awareness of RBI compliance and audit-related reporting is a plus - Good people management and communication skills - Ability to read data, track performance, and take corrective action **Qualification:** Graduate/Postgraduate (Any Specialization) **Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days preferred **Interested candidates can apply or share their updated resume at:** bhanupratap.sisodia@kissht.com +91 9152212874
