**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring seamless execution of marketing activities and BTL campaigns. - Oversee sales operations, including lead generation, conversion, and customer relationship management. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration on project deliverables. - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team. - Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high-quality standards. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing Operations or related field. - Strong understanding of Business Operations, Team Handling, Team Operations, BTL Activation, BTL Marketing concepts. - Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
