**Role & responsibilities** - **Customer Consultation**: Greet customers, read prescriptions, and recommend correct frame styles and lens types (such as progressive, single vision, or anti-glare coatings). - **Sales and Merchandising**: Promote eyewear, upsell lens enhancements, handle cash or digital billing, and keep display shelves neat and stocked - **Fitting and Adjustments**: Measure frames to fit faces and perform minor repairs or adjustments on glasses. - **Order and Inventory Management**: Place orders with optical labs, track incoming shipments, and manage stock levels for frames and accessories **Preferred candidate profile** 12th pass is mandatory 1-2 yrs of optical industry experience is mandatory
