**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide technical expertise on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM modules to clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills. - Troubleshoot issues related to billing, OUI framework integration, and MDM data management. - Ensure timely delivery of projects by meeting deadlines and milestones. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-8 years of experience in Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional roles. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12i implementation life cycle from design to go-live phase. - Proficiency in developing reports using various reporting tools such as Discoverer or SQL.
