Oracle CC&B Analyst (Customer Care & Billing)

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide technical support for Oracle CC&B applications, including billing, cash management, and customer care modules. - Troubleshoot issues related to order-to-cash processing, invoicing, and collections. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business problems using data analysis and problem-solving skills. - Develop reports and dashboards using Oracle SQL to provide insights on financial performance and customer behavior. - Participate in project implementation projects from initiation to delivery. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 5-9 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Analyst role or similar position. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash Processing, Invoicing, Collections processes; knowledge of Oracle Applications 1i (R12i) an added advantage.
