As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities. - About the Job – Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios. - Job Title – Oracle Cloud SCM Subject matter expert (SME) - Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai - Educational Background – BE/Btech - Key Responsibilities – Minimum experience of 15+ years in Oracle SCM that includes : - Good knowledge of overall Oracle Fusion architecture - Extensive Cloud SCM Functional experience with previous background of Oracle EBS SCM R12 modules. Experience in at least 2-3 Oracle Fusion end to end Implementations. - Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion SCM modules namely Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, Quality, Maintenance, Product Development. - Good to have experience on, Manufacturing and Planning Central - Good Exposure in managing users and working with stakeholders - Subject Matter Expert with the entire Oracle SCM module and able to design and implement full System interacting with different stakeholders - Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process, and ability to work in a highly complex and integrated Oracle Applications Environment - Ability to lead in a hands-on capacity on all project phases : Project Preview, Fit / Gap Analysis, Configuration and Testing - Lead the requirement gathering sessions, CRP and UAT phases in the project - Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role - Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases etc. - Prior Oracle EBS experience within last 5 years is nice to have. - Must be well versed in Oracle EBS solutioning and implementation - Should have exposure in migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion/Cloud.
