Total experience of 5–10 years in Oracle ERP / SCM Minimum 2 end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Order Management implementations Minimum 2 Oracle Fusion Order Management support projects Experience in integration for order capture and order fulfillment GOP experience Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management Experience in day‑to‑day L2/L3 support activities for Fusion Order Management Ability to handle client interactions and functional discussions independently Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery model Strong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) business processes Hands‑on exposure to Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Inventory and Shipping Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution Hands‑on experience in BI Publisher (BIP) report development and support Strong working knowledge of SQL for validation and data analysis Experience supporting Oracle Fusion integrations (inbound and outbound) Ability to coordinate with technical, middleware, and client teams Experience supporting month‑end and business critical cycles Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in client‑facing, fast‑paced environments **Qualification:** BE / B.Tech or MBA ͏ ͏ Deliver 1.
