**Role - Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Support -L1/L2** **Desired Experience Range - 8-10 yrs** **Location of Requirement - TCS-New Delhi** **Required Technical Skill Set\\*\\*** - Oracle Fusion HCM (ORC & Talent Management) - Goal Management, Performance Management & Succession Planning - HCM Functional Support & Issue Resolution - FSM Configuration & BPM Workflows - Quarterly Patch Impact Analysis - HCM Extracts - OTBI & BI Publisher Reporting - REST APIs & Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - HR & Payroll Integrations - Data Analysis, Troubleshooting & Enhancement Support **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, and Succession Planning. - Proven experience in providing L1/L2 production support, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and functional troubleshooting across Oracle HCM processes. - Strong understanding of Fusion Setup Manager (FSM) configurations, business process configurations, and BPM workflow management. - Experience supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessment, regression validation, and business readiness activities. - Hands-on experience in HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reporting to support operational and business reporting requirements. - Good understanding of Oracle HCM data structures and employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, talent reviews, performance evaluation, and workforce planning. - Experience supporting and coordinating integrations using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between HCM, Payroll, and downstream enterprise applications. **Good-to-Have** - Exposure to Core HR, Learning, Absence Management, or Payroll modules. - Experience with HDL/HSDL data loads and mass data updates. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM security and role-based access controls. - Familiarity with Fast Formula development and configuration. - Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) monitoring and troubleshooting. - Experience in ITIL-based support and release management processes. - Involvement in process improvement and automation initiatives. - Ability to develop user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials.
