Job Title: Oracle CPQ Consultant – Healthcare Domain Experience: 5–8 Years\\ Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant with a strong background in the healthcare domain to design, implement, and support CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud, a solid understanding of healthcare processes (such as medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare services), and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions aligned with business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, especially within healthcare workflows (e.g., product configuration, pricing compliance, regulatory constraints). • Configure CPQ components including BMQL, BML scripts, Commerce, Configuration, and Document Engine. • Integrate Oracle CPQ with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP). • Support pricing strategies, contract management, and quoting processes specific to healthcare products/services. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, MDR, HIPAA where applicable). • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing CPQ implementations. • Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment activities. • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to CPQ applications. • Prepare technical documentation and user training materials. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–8 years of IT experience, with 3+ years in Oracle CPQ Cloud. • %+ years of strong hands-on experience with: • BML (BigMachines Language) • BMQL (BigMachines Query Language) • CPQ Configuration & Commerce processes • 3 to 5 years of experience integrating CPQ with CRM/ERP systems. • 3 to 5 years of solid understanding of pricing models, discounting, and quoting workflows. • Experience working in the healthcare domain (medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare services). • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware tools. • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Oracle CPQ certification (preferred but not mandatory). • Experience with global deployments and multi-currency/multi-language setups.
