Area(s) of responsibility **Oracle CPQ** **- QA Tester Consultant - 5A(Offshore)** **Responsibilities** **Test Strategy & Execution:** - Test Design: Translate complex business requirements into detailed, structured test cases, scripts, and scenarios. - Translate sales processes into test scenarios to validate product configuration, pricing rules, and approval workflows. - Execution: Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). - Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution using tools like Jira or Zephyr Scale. **Functional Validation** - Product Configuration: Validate product catalogues, dynamic BOM (Bill of Materials), and configuration constraints. - Pricing & Quoting: Test complex pricing logic, discounts, tiered pricing, and approval workflows. - Document Engine: Verify the accuracy and formatting of generated proposals, quotes, and contract documents. **Integration Testing** - Ecosystem Checks: Test end-to-end data flow between Oracle CPQ and CRM platforms (e.g., D365, Salesforce, Oracle CX). - ERP & Middleware: Ensure seamless synchronization of orders, pricing, and master data with ERP and middleware systems. **Collaboration & Support** - Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate defect triage meetings and communicate testing status to developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. **Required Skills** - ERP - Oracle CPQ ,CRM- D365 - JIRA, Zephyr Scale, Azure DevOps, - Proficiency in Load Runner. - Strong understanding of Testing Process and Metrics (Management). - Expertise in Test Design & Execution (Functional Testing/QA Testing, SIT, UAT) - Defect Tracking and Analysis, Bug Triage and coordination - Root cause analysis **Preferred Skills** - Strong Experience with Jira. - Experience in Test Execution. - Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Experience with Cucumber or other BDD tools. - Experience with Jenkins. - Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 years - Hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ testing or functional consulting. - CPQ Modules: Deep functional knowledge of CPQ Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, and Document Engine modules. - Technical Basics: Foundational knowledge of SQL, BML,Language), XML/XSL, and JavaScript to understand the underlying logic during testing. - Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, specifically in industries like Manufacturing, Healthcare, or High-Tech. - Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent written/verbal communication, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. **Career & Education** - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. - Tools: Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Xray, HP ALM) and enterprise ticketing systems. **Required Experience** 7-12yrs.
