**Role & responsibilities** **Required Technical Skills** - **Database Core**: Deep understanding of Oracle Database architecture (SGA, PGA, background processes). - **Languages**: High proficiency in **SQL** and **PL/SQL** for creating and optimizing database objects like stored procedures, views, and indexes. - **Operating Systems**: Strong knowledge of **Linux/Unix environments** (e.g., Red Hat, Oracle Linux) since most enterprise Oracle servers run on these platforms. - **Administration Tools**: Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control, SQL\\*Plus, and Automatic Storage Management (ASM). - **Cloud & Automation**: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and scripting languages (like Shell or Python) to automate routine maintenance
