Oracle DBA **Job Location:** Navi Mumbai **Education Criteria:** BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC-IT Must have 3-5 years of Oracle DBA experience along with Oracle RAC administration exposure Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Manage database security, users, roles, profiles, and privileges. Monitor database health and ensure high availability of production systems. Expertise in Oracle RAC architecture, installation, configuration, and administration.. Hands-on experience in Oracle RAC 19c installation and implementation. Experience managing 2-node, 3-node, and 4-node RAC clusters. Perform Oracle RAC and Database patching (RU/PSU), upgrades, and health checks. Experience in database migration, implementation, and upgrade projects across Oracle environments. Hands-on experience conducting DR drills and failover testing. Strong understanding of Oracle RAC architecture and troubleshooting. ͏ Team Management Resourcing Forecast talent requirements as per the current and future business needs Hire adequate and right resources for the team Train direct reportees to make right recruitment and selection decisions Talent Management Ensure 100% compliance to Wipro’s standards of adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability & effectiveness Build an internal talent pool of HiPos and ensure their career progression within the organization Promote diversity in leadership positions Performance Management Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
