This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business success. **Responsibilities** - Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert Oracle consultancy. - Design, implement, and optimize Oracle solutions to meet client objectives. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Oracle best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions. - Prepare and present project documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills** - Strong expertise in Oracle applications and database management. - Proven experience in Oracle Cloud solutions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. - Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle development tools. - Familiarity with data migration and integration processes. **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Oracle certifications are a plus. - 7-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle consultancy.
