**Greetings from TCS!** **Job Title:** Oracle E-Business Suite PA(Project Accounting) Functional Consultant **Required Skillset:** Oracle EBS, project Accounting (PA), Project Costing, Project Billing, Oracle Projects, Oracle Financials, GL, AP, AR, Functional Consultant, Oracle EBS R12, Project Contracts, Revenue Recognition, Project Accounting Implementation, OUM, AIM. **Location: PAN INDIA** **Experience Range: 6+ years** **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced **Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Project Accounting (PA) Functional Consultant** with 6-10 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS Project Accounting solutions. The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Projects modules and have experience working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support end-to-end project accounting processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions in Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA). - Configure and support Oracle Projects modules including: - Project Costing (PC) - Project Billing (PB) - Project Contracts (PC) - Project Resource Management (PRM) - Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Work closely with Finance, Project Managers, and business users to streamline project accounting processes. - Support project lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and production support. - Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, interfaces, and conversions. - Coordinate with technical teams for development and issue resolution. - Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities. - Develop and maintain project documentation, user manuals, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Oracle Projects and related financial modules. **Required Skills:** - Strong functional experience in **Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA)** modules. - Expertise in **Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Management processes** . - Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Fixed Assets (FA) - Experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementation and support projects. - Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, costing, revenue recognition, and invoicing. - Experience preparing functional design documents and test scripts. - Knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM implementation methodologies. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in Oracle EBS R12 environments. - Knowledge of integrations with Oracle Financials modules. - Exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Projects modules is an added advantage. - PMP, Oracle Certification, or Finance-related certifications preferred.
