Job description

**Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS / Fusion Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise ERP solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, configure Oracle applications, and ensure seamless integration across modules. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement, configure, and support **Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications** - Work on functional/technical design based on business requirements - Perform gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration - Support **end-to-end implementation lifecycle** (requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment) - Develop and customize reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions - Coordinate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams - Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities - Troubleshoot issues and provide production support - Ensure adherence to ERP best practices, governance, and documentation standards - Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives **Technical Skills Mandatory** - Strong experience in **Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion** - Expertise in one or more functional areas: - Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA) - SCM (PO, Inventory, Order Management) - HCM (Core HR, Payroll) - Hands-on experience in **Oracle ERP implementation/support projects** - Proficiency in **SQL / PL-SQL** - Experience with **Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE components)** - Knowledge of **integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud)** - Understanding of **data migration and data validation** **Good to Have Skills** - Exposure to **Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations** - Experience with **BI Publisher / OTBI reporting tools** - Knowledge of **workflow customization and automation**
