**Role & responsibilities** REQUIRED SKILLS • Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in HCM modules: Oracle Time and Labour, Core HR • Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in Financial Management modules: General Ledger, Advanced Collections, Expenses, Receivables, Tax, Payables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management • Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in Procurement / Supplier Management modules: Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal • Hands-on Oracle Cloud testing experience in PPM modules: Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Foundation • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, integration testing, and defect management • Experience with test management and test automation tools is preferred EXPERIENCE • 4+ years of Oracle Cloud / Oracle ERP testing experience • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Projects • Experience with complex functional, integration, and regression testing • Familiarity with test automation tools and structured test execution practices (preferred) **Preferred candidate profile**
