**Job Role:** Senior Technical Consultant **Shift:** Shift : UK Shift and US Shift (as per the requirement) **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Total/Relevant Exp:** Total 10+years and relevant 5+ years **Joining Timeline:** Ready to join in 15 Days **Job Description** We are seeking an experiencedOracle Fusion Cloud Finance Functional Consultantto lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial applications, collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Finance and Accounting processes. - Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules based on business needs. - Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best practices and process improvements. - Collaborate with finance users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycle activities. - Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows. - Configure and validate business rules, approval workflows, accounting structures, and security roles. - Support end-to-end implementation activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Assist in data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and validation activities. - Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, interfaces, and customizations. - Analyse and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing production support. - Deliver user training, process documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions. - Support Oracle quarterly updates and evaluate impacts on business processes and configurations. - Work with cross-functional teams including SCMand Manufacturingmodules where required.
