Role Overview The Oracle Fusion Deployment Analyst is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion deployments, role configuration, user access management, and report migrations. This role partners with technical and functional stakeholders to help ensure releases are executed smoothly, validated thoroughly, and aligned with compliance expectations. Key Responsibilities • Administer and manage Oracle Fusion role configuration, user provisioning, and access controls. • Support application deployments, Fusion configuration updates, and report migrations. • Coordinate manual deployment activities and assist with release preparation and validation. • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment issues and support implementation timelines. • Maintain clear documentation for deployments, access changes, configuration updates, and handovers. • Support SOX compliance and relevant compliance laws and regulations in day-to-day work. • Use GitHub and related version control practices to support controlled changes where applicable. How You Will Do It • Own deployment activities with accuracy, accountability, and a strong commitment to compliance and integrity. • Stay close to the work by working directly with stakeholders, clarifying dependencies, and removing blockers that can slow delivery. • Use structured problem-solving and candid communication to improve the process with each release. • Collaborate across teams, value different perspectives, and help deliver outcomes as one team. • Validate changes carefully before handover and ensure updates are documented clearly for future reference. • Use GitHub consistently to support version control, traceability, and deployment coordination. Qualifications • 5 to 9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion technical or deployment roles. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion role configuration, user provisioning, and access control. • Experience managing manual deployment processes in a controlled environment. • Knowledge of application deployments, configuration changes, and report migrations. • Familiarity with GitHub and release-related version control practices. • Awareness of SOX compliance and relevant compliance laws and regulations. • Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Nice to Have • Exposure to Oracle Cloud or adjacent enterprise application environments. • Experience supporting automated deployment or release tooling. • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion report types, integrations, or environment coordination. • Experience working in audit-focused or controls-driven delivery processes.
