**Job Title:** Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant **Experience:** 6–8 Years **Location:** Pune Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant** with strong implementation expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, support activities, and a good understanding of PL/SQL. The candidate will collaborate with onsite and offshore teams and work closely with business stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Participate in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects. - Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. - Perform solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. - Analyze business processes and recommend best-fit Oracle Fusion Finance solutions. - Understand and work with PL/SQL packages as part of integration and support activities. - Provide functional and production support to business users. - Work effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model. - Communicate business and technical solutions clearly to end users and stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills & Experience - 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance. - Strong expertise in **Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation** . - Good understanding of **Oracle Fusion Financial modules** . - Working knowledge of **PL/SQL and PL/SQL Packages** . - Experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, build, testing, and support. - Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in global/onshore-offshore delivery environments.
