Please apply only if you are available to attend the walk-in in person **Job Description:** TCS is looking for experienced **Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants (Functional / Techno-Functional)** with strong expertise in implementing and supporting **Oracle HCM Cloud solutions**. The role involves working with business stakeholders, driving **end-to-end implementations**, and ensuring seamless integration across HR systems. **Key Skills Required:** **Oracle Fusion HCM – Must Have (Implementation Mandatory)** Strong experience in: - **End-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects (MANDATORY)** - Core HCM modules such as **Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Compensation** - Requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping **Hands-on Experience In:** - Configuring and supporting **Oracle Fusion HCM modules** - Managing HR processes like **Hire to Retire (H2R)** lifecycle - Working on **Fast Formulas, HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI** - Integrations using **REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, and third-party systems** - Security configuration including **roles, users, and data security policies** - Workflow and approval configuration - Data migration, validation, and reconciliation - Preparing **functional and technical documentation** - Testing phases: **Unit, System Integration, and UAT** - Troubleshooting issues and providing **L2/L3 support** - Driving **implementation, rollout, and support projects** - Post-go-live support and continuous improvements
