Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients across various industries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Time & Labor, etc. - Provide technical guidance on configuration options, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations within the Oracle Fusion HCM suite. - Troubleshoot issues related to data loading errors in HCM Data Loader tool. **Job Requirements :** - 5-15 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM functional projects from end-to-end. - Strong understanding of at least two or more Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits Administration). - Experience working with HCM Data Loader tool for bulk data migration between systems. - Proven track record of delivering successful implementations with minimal defects.
