Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant **Experience:** 6-10 Years **Location:** PAN India Must-Have Skills: - Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll - Payroll Configuration & Processing - Fast Formulas - Payroll Elements, Balances, Costing & Payment Methods - Payroll Flows & Statutory Compliance - Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor - HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher - Payroll Integrations & Data Migration Responsibilities: - Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Payroll solutions. - Manage payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and costing. - Develop and maintain Fast Formulas. - Support payroll processing, reconciliation, and period-end activities. - Gather requirements and prepare functional design documents. - Perform testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support. - Work on payroll integrations, reporting, and data migration. - Ensure payroll compliance and provide end-user support.
