**Functional Responsibilities:** - **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)** - **Oracle Payroll (Global / India Payroll preferred)** - **Oracle Absence Management** - Hiring processes, job requisitions, candidate lifecycle (ORC) - Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, costing - Absence plans, accruals, eligibility profiles - Work closely with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders for solution design. - Support payroll processing cycles and troubleshoot payroll issues. - Ensure statutory compliance (especially for payroll region-specific rules if applicable). - Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist in production deployment. **Technical Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain **Fast Formulas** (Payroll & Absence). **Required Skills** **Functional Skills** - Strong hands-on experience in one or more modules: - Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) - Oracle Payroll - Oracle Absence Management - Knowledge of: - Workforce structures, legal entities, payroll relationships - Leave accruals, carryover rules, validation - End-to-end recruitment lifecycle - Understanding of HRMS processes and best practices. **Technical Skills** - Proficiency in: - **Fast Formulas (must-have)** - **SQL & Data Analysis** - **BI Publisher (BIP)** - **OTBI** - **HCM Extracts** - Experience with: - **HDL / HSDL** - Knowledge of file-based integrations (FTP, XML/CSV transformations). **Experience Required** - **4 + years** of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
