Job description

We are hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. Key Responsibilities • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution design and implementation. • Work on Core HR, Absence, Talent, ORC, Help Desk, Compensation, and Security modules. • Design and support HCM integrations using HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs, and OIC. • Develop reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher. • Manage Oracle quarterly release assessments and testing. • Configure security roles, data roles, security profiles, and AORs. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional/technical solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive HCM transformation initiatives.
