Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and production support activities. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, reporting, data migration, integrations, and Oracle quarterly release support. Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications. - Analyze and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis. - Support SR management, change management, release management, and documentation. - Configure and support Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Security and Helpdesk modules. - Develop and support OTBI reports, BI Publisher reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas. - Perform data migration and data correction activities using HDL/HSDL. - Collaborate with business users and functional teams to deliver technical solutions. - Support integrations with third-party applications such as ADP and Oracle ERP. - Perform quarterly release impact assessment and validation. - Ensure compliance with enterprise security and SOX standards. Mandatory Skills - 4+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience. - Hands-on experience in Core HR and one or more modules: - Absence - Talent Management - Helpdesk - Security - OTBI - BI Publisher - HCM Extracts - HDL/HSDL - Fast Formula - Production Support Preferred Skills - Redwood Personalization - ADP Integration - Oracle ERP Integration - AI Studio - Oracle Payroll - OIC Qualification - BE/BTech - BCA - BSc (Computer Science) - MCA - MTech - B.Com (Computer Science)
