Job Title: Oracle Fusion Lead Consultant – Procure to Pay (P2P) Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore India Employment Type: Full‑time regular, hybrid work arrangement The job We are looking for an Oracle Fusion P2P Lead Consultant to deliver high‑quality support across our global procurement and payables operations. You’ll help ensure our end‑to‑end procurement processes run smoothly—from supplier onboarding to invoice processing—while empowering business teams to make the most of the Oracle Fusion platform. Your work will directly influence operational efficiency, supplier collaboration, and overall user satisfaction. Key responsibilities • Provide functional and technical support for P2P‑related modules such as Procurement, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), iSupplier Portal, and Accounts Payable (AP). • Support KOFAX scanning solutions and integrations across the P2P lifecycle. • Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and support enhancement delivery. • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance stakeholders to translate operational needs into system configurations. • Participate in quarterly update cycles, conducting P2P‑specific regression testing and documentation. Essential requirements • 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P modules (Procurement, AP, iSupplier Portal, SQM). • Strong understanding of the Procure‑to‑Pay cycle, including purchasing, supplier onboarding, invoice automation, and payment processes. • Experience supporting global users in geographically distributed regions. • Knowledge of integrated tax engines and compliance requirements. • Fluency in English. • Candidates are expected to work in a 24/7 Model in shifts covering all the time zones.
