We foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity. **About the Role** The Oracle Fusion Lead Engineer (Technical) will be responsible for owning technical planning, quality, and compliance while providing technical leadership and cross-functional coordination in an Agile delivery environment. **Responsibilities** - Own technical planning, quality, and compliance - Provide technical leadership and cross-functional coordination - Work with Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle SaaS architecture - Define and prioritize Redwood features across Fusion modules - Interpret assessments and create roadmap & workplan - Manage business process & requirement mapping - Engage in stakeholder management & communication - Ensure data quality ownership: defining, implementing, and monitoring metrics - Participate actively across the full application development lifecycle - Serve as the escalation point for higher support tiers - Create and manage Oracle SRs **Qualifications** Experience: 8+ Years Location: Pan India **Required Skills** - Oracle Fusion experience with multiple full-cycle implementations - Deep functional expertise in the relevant module - Business requirement translation & process design, producing functional specs aligned to architecture standards - Redwood familiarity required: impact assessments, evaluating new functionality and enhancements - Configure Redwood UI Pages - Experience creating and managing Oracle SRs **Preferred Skills** - Visual Builder Studio and App/Page Composer for Fusion customizations - OTBI reporting and SQL (building reports and dashboards relevant to the module's data domain) **Pay range and compensation package** Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. **Equal Opportunity Statement** Oracle is an equal opportunity employer.
