Job description

- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management. - Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects within Process Manufacturing environments. - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Supply Planning, Cost Management, PIM, and Order Management. Process Manufacturing, Maintenance, Inventory, Costing and Pricing, Transportation Management - Deep understanding of Process Manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, warehouse management, and supply chain processes. - Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budget control, and resource management. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Process Manufacturing operations, IT teams, and implementation partners. - Drive requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities. - Lead Oracle Fusion Process Manufacturing setups including Item Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Definitions, Work Centers, and Plant Operations. - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance activities. - Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plan to ensure successful delivery. - Driving data migration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. - Support inventory optimization, procurement efficiency, production planning, and supply chain process improvements. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and organizational governance standards. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM best practices.
