**Greetings from TCS!!** **TCS is hiring for Oracle HCM cloud-Helpdesk** **Exp; 6 to 12 years** **location: Pan India** **Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk (HRHD) module** **Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions** **Case Management & Service Delivery** **Core Skills** - **Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Help Desk (HRHD)** - **Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules** - **Experience in case management and HR service delivery processes** - **Manage end-to-end lifecycle of:** - **HR service requests** - **Case management workflows** - **Configure and maintain:** - **Automated assignment rules** - **Escalations and notifications** - **Define and implement case resolution workflows** **Integration & Process Knowledge** - **Integrate Help Desk with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules:** - **Core HR** - **Absence Management** - **Payroll** - **Benefits** **Reporting & Analytics** - **Develop and maintain reports using:** - **OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)** - **BI Publisher** - **Track KPIs such as:** - **SLA adherence** - **Case resolution time** - **Service efficiency** **Design and configure:** - **Service Requests (SRs)** - **Categories and subcategories** - **Queues and routing rules** - **Service Level Agreements (SLAs)** **Configure knowledge management and HR knowledge base** **Preferred Qualifications** - **Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Help Desk or Core HR)**
