Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant 📍 Location: Pune 💼 Experience: 5+ Years 📅 Walk-In Interview: 19 September 2026 ✅ Strong experience across major Oracle Fusion HCM modules ✅ Good understanding of global and local HR compliance , payroll processes, and security frameworks ✅ Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integration mapping ✅ Experience in Oracle HCM integration patterns and reporting frameworks ✅ Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects ✅ Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions
