**Key Skills:** Visual Studio, VCS, Oracle Apps, Redwood framework, Oracle Visual Builder Studio, Oracle HCM, VB **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and customize Oracle HCM Cloud experiences using Redwood UI and Redwood Experience capabilities. - Build and configure UI and application flows using Visual Builder Studio / Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) for HCM use cases. - Implement UI components, integrate page behavior, and ensure consistent user experience across HCM screens. - Collaborate with functional teams to translate HCM requirements into working Redwood/Visual Builder implementations. - Support testing, debugging, and deployment of HCM enhancements through established release processes. **Skills Required:** - 7-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development - Oracle HCM development experience (Oracle HCM Cloud) - Redwood / Redwood UI / Redwood Experience hands-on development - Visual Builder Studio / Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) development for HCM experiences - Experience building and deploying HCM UI enhancements using Redwood and Visual Builder tooling Good to Have: - VBS (Visual Builder Studio) experience **Education:** Bachelor's Degree
