Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Benefits

**Job Description** - Strong experience in **Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud Benefits and Absence Management** implementation, configuration, and support. - Hands-on expertise in configuring **Benefits Plan Design, Eligibility Profiles, Benefit Rates, Life Events, Open Enrollment, Absence Plans, Absence Types, Accrual Rules, and Leave Management** processes. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Benefits and Absence solutions. - Perform **fit-gap analysis** , solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. - Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support for **Benefits and Absence Management** modules. - Configure and manage **US Benefits Open Enrollment** cycles, including validation, troubleshooting, and post-enrollment activities. - Configure absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover policies, and leave-related business processes. - Execute **System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** , and defect resolution activities. - Collaborate with **Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams** to ensure seamless process integration. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues related to Benefits and Absence Management while coordinating with business and technical teams. - Support impact analysis, testing, and adoption of **Oracle quarterly updates and new feature releases** . - Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, SOPs, test scripts, and knowledge-transfer materials. - Strong understanding of **US Benefits, Leave of Absence, PTO, Sick Leave, and compliance-related HR processes** . - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with client-facing experience. - Experience working in **global/onshore-offshore delivery models** and Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
