**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) solutions for clients across various industries. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle Time & Labor. - Configure and develop Fast Formulas to support Time & Labor business requirements, validations, calculations, and rule-based processing. - Provide technical and functional support to end users on Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor modules. - Troubleshoot issues related to time tracking, attendance management, labor scheduling, and workforce management within Oracle HCM. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and other HCM modules. **Job Requirements** - **6 to 17 years of experience** in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) solutions. - Strong functional expertise in **Oracle Fusion Time & Labor (OTL)** module. - Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and troubleshooting **Oracle HCM Fast Formulas**, preferably related to Time & Labor, Absence, and Payroll integrations. - Experience configuring time entry rules, time calculation rules, time consumer sets, work schedules, and approval workflows. - Good understanding of integration points between OTL and other Oracle HCM modules, especially Payroll and Absence Management. - Experience working on large-scale Oracle HCM/Fusion or Oracle EBS implementations. - Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines while maintaining excellent customer service. **Must-Have Skills** - Oracle Fusion HCM Time & Labor (OTL) - Oracle HCM Fast Formula - Time Entry Rules & Time Calculation Rules - Workforce Scheduling - Absence and Payroll Integration - Oracle Fusion HCM Configuration - Functional Design & Client Interaction
