Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - US Payroll

Job description

**Key Responsibilities:** - HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) and Fast Formula. - Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll modules, ensuring compliance with US federal, state, and local regulations. - Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for US Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components. - Design, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. - Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes. - Troubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions. - Support payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements. - Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to US Payroll and Absence Management. - Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support. - Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice. - Experience in Fast Formula (hands on).
