Job description

**Overall 8-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing project** - **Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands-on Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT testing experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and Payroll** - **Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR (Payroll Parallel Run) in ERP applications.** - **UK Payroll process experience is mandatory.** - **Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting** - **Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model** - **Experience working on PPR (Payroll Parallel Run), Agile Test Management and Test Execution tools** - **Strong communication skills along with stakeholder management experience**
