Job description

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HRMS Technical roles, with a strong focus on Payroll. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules and their functionalities, particularly Payroll. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Strong programming skills, especially in Oracle PL/SQL, to develop and customize Oracle HRMS modules. - Experience with Oracle Cloud or other cloud-based HRMS systems is an advantage. - Familiarity with HR processes and best practices, ensuring alignment with Oracle HRMS configurations. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. - A relevant IT or HR-related degree or certification is preferred.
