Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Configure, customize, and support Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions based on business requirements. - Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. - Implement and support NetSuite modules including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, and Order Management. - Develop custom workflows, forms, records, dashboards, reports, and saved searches. - Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, Celigo, Boomi, or other middleware tools. - Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions. - Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities. - Manage data migration, data validation, and system enhancements. - Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions for business users. - Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation. - Support month-end and year-end financial processes within NetSuite. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and business stakeholders. - Perform system upgrades, release management, and impact assessments. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and NetSuite best practices. - Provide user training and support for new processes and system enhancements.
