**Oracle Fusion Financials-- Virtual Drive--Pan India** **Job Title** Oracle Fusion Financials **Skills** - Deep knowledge of modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management tailored to construction industry needs. - Ability to analyze and streamline financial workflows such as procurement-to-pay, project accounting, and asset capitalization in large-scale infrastructure projects. - Skilled in integrating Oracle Financials with project costing and billing systems to track budgets, expenditures, and profitability across construction phases. - Proficient in configuring Oracle Fusion applications, managing setups, and customizing financial reports to meet company-specific requirements. - Knowledge of financial regulations, tax structures, and audit requirements relevant to infrastructure projects, ensuring system compliance and data integrity. - Capable of working with finance teams, project managers, and IT departments to ensure smooth adoption, and providing training and support for end-users. **Responsibilities** - Set up and customize modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, and Project Accounting to align with construction-specific financial workflows. - Ensure accurate tracking of project expenses, budgets, and forecasts by integrating financials with project management systems. - Manage financial period closures, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial statements. - Maintain system configurations and documentation to meet internal controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements. - Provide functional support to finance teams by diagnosing and resolving issues related to transactions, reporting, and integrations. - Conduct workshops and training sessions for finance and project teams and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders for smooth operations. **Experience Required** 9++ Years
