Educational Requirements ME,MSc,MTech,Bachelor of Engineering,BSc,BTech Service Line Enterprise Package Application Services Responsibilities - Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS - Design, build, and maintain SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations - Manage integrations between SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS and systems like POS, Merchandising, ERP, and WMS - Act as the technical escalation point for production issues - Support deployments, upgrades, and environment releases - Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes - Coordinate with business users, functional consultants, and Oracle support teams - Guide and mentor junior team members Additional Responsibilities - Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS / Cloud implementations - Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises - Experience working in 24x7 support models Technical and Professional Requirements - Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS - Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations - Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem (RMS, SIM, Xstore preferred) - Knowledge of integrations, APIs, batch jobs, and interface monitoring - Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and troubleshooting logs - Experience working in production support / AMS environments/implementation Preferred Skills - Technology->Supply Chain Management->Merchandising System->Oracle Retail
