Oracle Retail SIOCS/MFCS/RPAS – Technical Lead

## **Job Description:** - We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS Technical Lead to lead the technical development integrations and support of store inventory systems - The role will work closely with business functional and support teams to ensure smooth store inventory operations across retail environments ## **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead technical development and support for Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS - Design build and maintain SIOCS MFCS RPAS configurations and customizations on integrations - Manage integrations between SIOCS MFCS RPAS and systems like POS Merchandising ERP and WMS - Act as the technical escalation point for production issues - Support deployments upgrades and environment releases - Analyze issues perform root cause analysis and provide permanent fixes - Coordinate with business users functional consultants and Oracle support teams - Guide and mentor junior team members ## **Technical Requirements:** - Strong experience with Oracle Retail SIOCS MFCS RPAS - Good understanding of store inventory and retail operations - Experience with Oracle Retail ecosystem RMS SIM Xstore preferred - Knowledge of integrations APIs batch jobs and interface monitoring - Proficiency in SQL Unix Linux and troubleshooting logs - Experience working in production support AMS environments implementation ## **Additional Responsibilities:** - Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS Cloud implementations - Exposure to luxury or large retail enterprises - Experience working in 24x7 support models ## **Preferred Skills:** Technology->Oracle Industry Solutions->Retail Merchandise->Oracle Retail Point-of-Service
