**Job Title:** Oracle SCM Functional Consultant **Experience:** 8+ Years **Location:** All CGI Locations (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai) **Employment Type:** Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, business process analysis, solution design, implementation, and support experience across Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion SCM environments. Key Responsibilities - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain and Procurement processes. - Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules based on client requirements. - Lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design discussions. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), BRDs, and test scenarios. - Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reports, and workflows. - Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and production support projects. - Conduct SIT, UAT, CRP sessions, and provide post-go-live support. - Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver optimal SCM solutions. - Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements. Mandatory Skills - 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional Consulting. - Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion SCM. - Hands-on expertise in the following modules: - Purchasing (PO) - Inventory Management (INV) - Order Management (OM) - Procurement - Shipping Execution - Supplier Management - Supply Chain Planning - Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. - Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Ability to prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW). - Experience working with global stakeholders and client-facing engagements. Preferred Skills - Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation experience. - Knowledge of ASCP, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning modules. - Exposure to OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Basic SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data validation. - Oracle SCM certification is a plus. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
