**Role & responsibilities** 6+ years of experience in Oracle Siebel & OUI 1. Good development experience in Siebel Configuration 2. Strong Knowledge in Open UI Specific Classes involving following - PM - PR - Manifest Files - Mapping Files 3. Good understanding of Siebel CSS file modifications and SWT file change 4.Strong Telecom processes 5.Good in communication and able to manage the business team - Implement, support, and enhance Oracle CRM solutions - Gather business requirements and design CRM solutions - Configure, customize, and integrate CRM modules **Preferred candidate profile** **Domain** - Siebel CRM / Open UI / Telecom "You will be working on Oracle Siebel CRM solutions to optimize User Experience and customer experience through OUI" **Soft Skills** - Excellent communication - Team collaboration - Documentation and knowledge sharing - Problem-solving
