**Role & responsibilities** 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong Supply Chain and Logistics domain expertise. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud implementations. Strong understanding of transportation planning, freight management, carrier collaboration, and logistics execution processes. Experience in OTM configuration including: Agents Automation Agents Saved Queries Screen Sets User Roles Business Process Automation Strong knowledge of OTM integration frameworks, XML, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Experience integrating OTM with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle EBS, SAP, WMS, and external carrier systems. Knowledge of logistics KPIs, transportation optimization, and freight cost management. Experience in solution design, architecture governance, and technical leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
