**Role & responsibilities** - Hands-on experience in Sales Order Management for GT/MT/eCommerce/B2B (as applicable) - Creating, updating, and managing sales orders, quotes, and service orders in SAP HANA - Tracking orders from entry through fulfillment, delivery, and billing. - Ability to manage order exceptions: pricing mismatches, stock allocation issues, delivery blocks, credit holds, customer master errors - 2 4 years relevant experience in order management - Understanding of O2C Cycle - Knowledge of SAP ERP system (AR Module)
